Supporting Small Black-Owned Businesses

As black history month comes to a close this year, we thought we’d share a recap of a few of our favorite black owned businesses for you to consider supporting! We featured an array on our Instagram over the past month, but in case you missed them, below are several to consider supporting not just now but all year long. Of course, there are many ways to show support for the black community, but shopping with small black owned businesses is one of our very favorite ways!

Hello Eana on Etsy!

Based in the Bronx, NY Hello Eana, provides handmade polymer clay jewelry to its devoted global customers! With almost 500 sales and many happy customers, Hello Eana brings out the fashionista in all of us!

Brave + Kind Bookshop

Located in Decatur, GA, Brave + Kind Bookshop describes themselves as everyone’s local, neighborhood bookshop! Providing unique, diverse and classic children's books, Brave + kind encourages children of all ages to read!

Bestow Baked Goods

Located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, Bestow Bakery believes that good things are meant to be shared! Providing sweet treats and highly decorated cakes, Bestow Bakery encourages everyone to cave into their sweet tooth cravings.

We encourage everyone to purchase from small, minority owned independent businesses all year round, but there are so many other ways to show your support for free! Like, comment and share small business social media posts, review them positivity and tell your friends of the new small businesses you discover! Spread the love!
